We employ and train industry experts who are as passionate as we are about delivering service excellence to our clients, and enabling a more sustainable future for the UK.

Your talent is the key to our success, so when you join ThermaMech we’ll help you unlock your unlimited potential and empower you to grow into one of our industry specialists.

At the start of your career there’s no substitute for learning from experts in their field.

We work in partnership with local education providers to provide the Plumbing and Heating Level 3 apprenticeship, and the Environmental Pathway.

The Environmental Pathway allows students to gain essential experience, understanding and knowledge of green skills. Including how to install, manage and maintain heat pumps, and sustainable systems.

We also offer apprenticeships across the full range of roles required to develop the district heating industry, including site managers, project managers, design engineers and civils.
